Here you can see how a part has been processed from a cad file, sent to the machining centre then ultrasonically cleaned ready for the next operation.
We have a selection of CNC lath tools and machining centres ,from hybrid machines( which are used for bespoke parts) to full automated bar fed machines.

We have a wide range of mills and lathes to undertake various tasks.
The skilled machinists we employ can undertake most of the bespoke machined parts that customers require.This enables us to quote for one off special parts without the programming,setting,and running to contend with.

At a later stage when or if that part becomes a productive item for the customer we can then look at a more cost efficient way to produce that part.

We have a vast experience in stainless steel and aluminum tig welding, from small bore pipe to large vacuum assemblies.

All non ferrous components can be cleaned using ultrasonic,this removes all surface contaminants,even if the parts look clean you can guarantee that there will be a film of grease and some oxidization of the surface structure.
After this process, parts can be bagged for despatch uncontaminated.

Our fitting work shop can build small assemblies as per your instruction and to your specification. Using their skills and knowledge they are able to produce highly precise details from a wide variety of materials.
